JANUARY 12 @ 3PM @ West Cobb Library HOA NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING

Good afternoon! Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. I am sure everyone is getting ready for the holidays and ramping up for the busy holiday season. We wanted to go ahead and put it on everyone's radar that our next neighborhood meeting is going to be January 12 @ 3pm at the West Cobb Regional Library located at 1750 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw.

We will be going over financials, Updates on HOA operations and will address any concerns or questions each of you have. BIG TOPIC is requesting someone to step in as Treasurer.  Our current Treasurer, Jonathan is stepping down due to personal family obligations.

HOA Treasurer Duties require managing finances-collecting/keeping record of dues, reviewing records, approving invoices, managing account(s), ensuring bills are paid (most are on automatic payment), over the preparation of the budget, keeping and maintaining the association's financial document, filing taxes and assisting with hosting HOA meetings.

Don't be scared! Jonathan and Erin can definitely help with walking you through the duties.
