NEIGHBORHOOD HOA MEETING RESCHEDULED

Good afternoon! We were supposed to have a neighborhood meeting Sunday but because of the weather and road conditions, we are going to have to reschedule.

The next time we are able to meet up is March 16. March 16 @ 3pm at the Pool house. Please mark your calendars.

Invoices have been e-mailed out. Those that need to be mailed will be mailed next week. If you were on a payment plan last year and need to be put on another one, please reach out and let us know so we can revise and resend the invoice link to pay. If you were not on a payment plan last year and would like to be on a payment plan this year, please reach out. $550/12 is $45.83 per month or we can divide as many payments as you prefer. There are 3 ways of paying-Zelle using the HOA email, check or the invoice link sent in the email.

We are still needing to fill the Treasurer position. If you are interested, please reach out to us. If there are people that reach out between now and March, this is something we could vote on at the next meeting.

Regardless of participation in the pool and/or board, we really need and would like to see all homeowners at the meetings.
