    • 2024 Dues Update

      • Only 10% of neighbors expected to pay this year [aka not on a lien] are unaccounted for. 

      • We have raised $11k to date for the special assessment! Great job everyone! 

      • A few neighbors who had liens have also signed up for payment plans

      • Anyone have any questions about dues?

      • $40,149.66 in the bank account as of today

    • General Pool Etiquette 

      • Rules

        • Unattended Children

        • Please no pets

        • No smoking/vaping

        • No glass

      • Furniture moving - just put it back where ya got it; not a big deal but just be courteous of others

      • Review of Violations policy

        • Zero tolerance policy for violence 

    • Private Parties 

      • We have one scheduled for August 10, 11:30-1:30 

      • No high traffic times & holiday weekends will be allowed to be reserved

      • Kay kicking butt and fixing/orchestrating:

        • All pine straw and lawn maintenance

        • Sign & wheel [past shout out] on gate

        • Fence fixed

      • JoAnna consistently being amazing being more our leader than secretary and keeping the ship running

      • DeAnna & Corey being on top of the pool needs & keeping us operational! Repairing pipes, helping get us pass inspection & allowing us to open & operate smoothly! In addition, getting key cards working & helping troubleshoot people’s issues. 

      • Jonathan has filed our taxes & we are still working on getting a new bank account open. 

    • Trash Taxi discount pending
