Neighborhood Meeting Postponed Until June 23rd

Good afternoon all! 

We are going to postpone our May neighborhood meeting until June 23rd. We apologize for the last minute heads up and any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide all updates below but if you have any additional questions, please reach out to us directly! 

Here is our financial year-to-date summaries and the trash taxi neighborhood discount. We need about 11 people to switch for the discount to be applied including having the trash serviced at the pool for free. This offer only lasts until August 1st so act fast before it is gone!

For the special assessment update, $7.6k has been raised towards our pool resurfacing goal so far! We are still working on setting up a separate bank account for this special assessment and will let you know as soon as we have the account up and running. Keep it up y'all as we have passed our halfway goal for this year!

Speaking of saving money, some of you may have noticed the Calumet Dr entrance got a little facelift. Thanks to some amazing coordination by our Vice President Kay, we were able to save some money in labor by laying out pine straw at the entrance ourselves. Thank you everyone who came out and helped on probably one of the hottest days all year! 

And finally, pool season is here! Our pool passed the health inspection with a score of 100 so we will be opening as planned on May 17th! Please remember our pool only has a few rules and does not have a lifeguard so please act with courtesy & safety when using the pool.
