Neighborhood HOA Meeting - October 1st @ 6:00 pm

Good afternoon all! 

Thank you for filling out the survey for the next neighborhood meeting! We will have our next meeting on October 1st @ 6:00pm at the pool. 

This upcoming meeting we will review:

• Current Financials Overview

• Pool Resurfacing & Quotes we have received

• Entrance Sign Updates 

• Expanded Payment Options for 2024 Dues

• Schedule all HOA Meetings for 2024

This will be a starting point for all neighbors but will also host documents, financial information/quotes & archived announcements for HOA members. These resources can be accessed by using the password CWCardinals1! in the "Current Homeowners" section.
